At QVR Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the hair extensions or products in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags remain attached and the hygiene seal is unbroken.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
